Charles carried out the work on our windows well and efficiently, he turned up on time and kept us informed of progress. He also came back several months later to sort out some minor issues. Would recommend.

Charles was timely, great communicator, he provided good quote and worked fast to complete the refurbishment and painting of the window. It was falling apart and in very poor condition, now it is the Ferrari of windows! It opens smoothly, feels amazing when you open/ close it and is perfectly sealed. I cannot believe he managed to turn such an old window in poor condition into one that feels like it is a brand new window! Well worth the money and strongly recommend.

We were really happy with the work that Charles did on 3 of our sash windows, each with a different problem. Charles fixed the fit, counterweights and springs in windows in 3 different rooms. He was really helpful in keeping in touch to let us know when he would be with us, let us know what was needed and the quality of his workmanship was excellent. The windows now open beautifully and smoothly, and stay open just as they should. We would highly recommend Charles.

Speedy response. Efficient, neat, tidy beautifully finished job. Would use again and definitely recommend

Charles did a first rate job of renovating a Victorian sash window for us.
